Food – When I am depressed, and I open my refrigerator, it is empty. So, I usually end up eating out of a can because it’s easy, but not healthy. I know I will get lazy with my diet, and may tend to eat comfort food or skip the gym, so I make it a priority to stock my fridge with healthy hardy food to maintain nutrition.
